When you go into shock, your body concentrates on giving your blood supply to your heart and brain.  If you relax and breath while doing this, you&#039;ll feel better in a few minutes.  You probably felt better with the fruit in the past with shaky/faint feeling because you were likely hungry with low blood sugar.</description>
